The Biomedical Research Institute of Lleida will start next week in two public geriatric hospitals in Balàfia a pilot test with crushed concentrated food to improve the nutritional status of elderly people who have problems eating solid food. It will last four months and the volunteers will take the preparations for breakfast and dinner.
